The ideal candidate thrives at connecting data to decisions, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with high quality. We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to deliver results!
Key Responsibilities• Execute defined reporting and analysis deliverables to identify drivers of customer engagement, navigation, and conversion, and translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that influence Site Experience, Product, and Analytics stakeholders.• Regularly present insights and recommendations to cross-functional partners, ensuring findings are understood, adopted, and acted upon.• Support the integration of AI into existing reporting and analytics processes.• Build advanced data visualizations and reports that elevate storytelling and enhance stakeholder understanding.• Mentor Site Experience merchants on analysis design, problem structuring, and best practices in data quality and visualization.• Maintain strong technical execution, leveraging large datasets to accurately uncover meaningful insights through efficient SQL and / or analytics platforms.• Stay current with evolving business needs, proactively identifying new questions to investigate and opportunities to improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree required (Analytics, Business, Economics or related field preferred)• 2-3 years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or related roles; experience in eCommerce or digital retail preferred.
Technical Skills• Proficiency in SQL (able to write and modify efficient and complex queries for analysis).• Advanced Excel and experience with visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
Preferred Qualifications• Experience storytelling with data; able to distill complexity into clarity. History of sharing findings that influence stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.• Experience supporting experimentation (A/B testing) and measurement in a digital or eCommerce environment.• Proven ability translating messages across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, clarifying ambiguous problems and independently executing analyses.• Experience delivering advanced data visualizations, dashboards, presentations that translate complex data into intuitive insights.• Relentless curiosity and ongoing learning with a bias toward action.• Must thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.00.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
