About the Role

As the Associate Program Manager, Digital Customer Success, you will play a key role in scaling and enhancing our digital engagement strategies to drive customer adoption and satisfaction. You will help produce and execute CS-led webinars, support adoption campaigns, and work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to streamline engagement at scale. Your contributions will directly impact how customers experience and maximize value from Abnormal Security’s platform.

  • [Preferred] Cybersecurity, Customer Success and Gainsight experience

Role Responsibilities + Deliverables

  • Conduct Live Webinars – Assist in planning, producing, and moderating customer success-led webinars to drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Drive Adoption Campaigns – Collaborate on ideating, building, and launching digital campaigns (email & in-portal) to increase customer adoption of key capabilities.
  • Customer Communication – Help craft and deliver targeted messaging across various digital channels to educate and enable customers.
  • Data-Driven Optimization – Analyze customer engagement metrics to refine and improve webinar content, adoption campaigns, and outreach strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Product, and CS teams to align on messaging, resources, and customer initiatives.
  • Contribute to design and content for Abnormal customer resources (Academy, Documentation, in the future Community)

Base salary range:

$80,000$90,000 USD
