Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team in the United States. In this pivotal role, you'll drive sales growth, cultivate strategic relationships, and manage a portfolio of key accounts within your assigned region. As a Regional Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our market presence while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success while advancing your career in a collaborative and supportive environment. Must reside in Southern California, Southern Nevada or Arizona

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned region
  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strategically expand our client base and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists and support staff to deliver customized solutions that address customer needs
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to inform data-driven sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities
  • Evaluate the performance and proficiency of distributors to maintain optimal product line sales balance
  • Prepare and deliver compelling, professional presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all sales activities, account interactions, and customer information 
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows throughout the region
  • Provide regular, transparent reports on sales performance, market trends, pipeline forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual success

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required 
  • 1+ years of progressive sales experience
  • HVAC sales background with demonstrated success in account management and revenue generation
  • Must be able to travel at least 50% throughout the assigned region
  • Experience with CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent industry experience demonstrating professional expertise
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • HVAC sales background with demonstrated success in account management and revenue generation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing, expanding, and retaining key accounts within a regional territory
  • In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and business environment
  • Strong expertise in consultative sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and strategic business development practices
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and formulate effective, innovative sales strategies
  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of exceeding performance targets and revenue goals
  • Experience with account forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning
  • Sales-related certifications or professional development credentials
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
