Associate - Salesforce Business Analyst & Data Quality Coordinator
San Francisco, California
Jordan Park is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst & Data Quality Coordinator to support the continued evolution of our CRM platform, with a primary focus on improving data quality, integrity, and reporting reliability across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and technology, partnering closely with Advisory, Operations, and Investment teams to ensure Salesforce data is accurate, actionable, and trusted.
Data Quality & Data Management Responsibilities- Lead ongoing data cleanup to improve reporting accuracy and usability.
- Create structured templates for teams to review and enrich Salesforce data.
- Partner with business teams to reconcile cross-system data discrepancies.
- Identify data quality issues, analyze root causes, and fix them.
- Execute bulk Salesforce and platform data updates accurately.
- Maintain a data dictionary and key data standards documentation.
- Configure Salesforce fields, objects, formulas, reports, and dashboards.
- Support reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc data requests.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and governance.
- Maintain workflows, automations, and validation rules.
- Partner with technical teams on enhancements, releases, and issues.
Required
- 1–3 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong communication skills, both written and in-person
- Experience creating and using complex spreadsheets
- Experience using reporting or business intelligence systems
- Strong self-management skills, including project and deliverable tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
- Experience in wealth management, asset management, fintech, or financial services
- Experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms. The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $115,000 to $150,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
