Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Engineers, the Associate Solutions Architect helps clients operationalize APIs and Snowflake Data Shares, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical integration, and long-term solution support.

This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals who are technically curious, client-focused, and interested in supporting customers via a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) ecosystem.

    • Client Engagement & Communication: Lead kickoff meetings, host ongoing technical discussions and working sessions, and ensure clients have a clear understanding and effective adoption of solutions.

    • Revenue Protection & Growth: Partner with Account Managers to monitor client health, identify potential risks, and reinforce ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunities.

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or other client-facing roles (internships included).

  • Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments. Experience with programming languages such as Python is a plus.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.

  • Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly.

  • Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance prototyping, documentation, and workflows.
