As an Associate Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of the Contractor Advisory Services team, supporting our clients throughout their ServiceTitan journey. You'll collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure extraordinary outcomes. This role demands strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve client cases independently and with urgency. You will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the home and commercial services industry by driving product adoption and delivering impactful solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Feature Implementation & Adoption: Conduct high-touch one-on-one and group feature implementations for customers in onboarding and ongoing success phases.

  • Client Issue Resolution: Work with low-to-medium complexity clients and projects to resolve issues, including account audits, optimization, and product adoption.

  • Team Support: Provide direct support to Solutions Architects and Senior Solutions Architects on larger, more complex projects.

  • Root Cause Analysis & Improvement: Contribute to root cause analysis on product challenges, leading to innovative solutions, streamlined processes, and improved training materials.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive necessary changes, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Journey Contribution: Assist in optimizing the customer journey by advising on sales product market fit, scaling onboarding plans, and driving customer engagement and ROI.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working and/or equivalent experience in the trades.

  • ServiceTitan Expertise: Deep product knowledge across the entire ServiceTitan platform, with at least 2+ years of direct experience.

  • Inventory Process Proficiency: Proficient in ServiceTitan's customer inventory processes and the inventory module.

  • Industry Acumen: In-depth understanding of ServiceTitan customers' business and operational needs and priorities.

  • Training & Implementation: Experience in leading virtual group training workshops or software implementations.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (xlookups, pivot tables, macros, etc.).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ownership: Proven ability to take ownership and consistently perform as a high-contributing individual.

  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 25-50% of the year.

Highly Valued (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Asana, SQL, Salesforce, QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop), Intacct, and GSuite.

  • ServiceTitan Certified Administrator (STCA) certification.

  • Strong project management skills.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $71,800 USD - $96,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
