The world’s most innovative brands rely on Movable Ink to maximize revenue, simplify workflow and boost marketing agility. Headquartered in New York City with close to 600 employees, Movable Ink serves its global client base with operations throughout North America, Central America, Europe, Australia, and Japan.

The Associate Solutions Consultant is a foundational member of the Client Experience and Sales teams. You will serve as the technical engine behind the sales cycle, specializing in the execution of custom demonstrations and technical proofs-of-concept. As an Associate, you will undergo an intensive training program to master our Visual Experience Platform, develop your presentation skills, and learn the "go-to-market" strategies of a world-class SaaS organization. This role is ideal for a technically-minded individual with a passion for marketing who wants to transition into a client-facing advisory role.

 Responsibilities:

  • Build high-fidelity mock-ups in Photoshop and code custom prototypes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to showcase the "art of the possible" for prospects.
  • Rapidly become an internal expert on the Movable Ink platform, staying up-to-date on all new features, including our Enterprise AI products.
  • Assist senior Solutions Consultants in gathering and validating technical requirements for enterprise accounts to ensure a seamless hand-off to the Client Experience team.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations for small-to-mid-market prospects, focusing on how our technology solves specific business challenges.
  • Lead the QA process for technical requirements to ensure a successful and error-free onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and help scale technical best practices across the global SC team.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should be comfortable manipulating code to create visual results.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a technical support, web development, or junior marketing technology role (internship experience included).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the desire to develop into a high-impact public speaker and presenter.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (layers, cropping, slicing) and a willingness to learn advanced design techniques for marketing.
  • A "builder" mindset—you enjoy taking a client's goal and figuring out the technical steps needed to make it a reality.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent bootcamp experience. A strong interest in AI and machine learning products is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000-$87,000/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
