The Company

At EV Realty, we’re building the critical infrastructure backbone that powers the electrification of next generation commercial fleets - one high-powered charging hub at a time.

We develop, own, and operate purpose-built EV charging hubs designed to solve the critical barrier to fleet electrification: access to reliable, low-cost, scalable grid power. Our Powered Properties® are strategically located to serve fleet customers where they operate, providing dedicated, secure charging solutions where and when they need it most. We build with reliability and scale in mind, delivering the infrastructure that mission-critical commercial fleets require to keep moving.

We believe in transparency, ownership, and building things the right way – for our customers and for our team. If you're excited to help build the new era of commercial transportation, we'd love to meet you.

The Role:

As a Strategy & Operations Associate at EV Realty, you will work on high-priority projects from initial strategy through to execution and implementation, driving tangible impact across the organization and shaping how we scale a platform built for the next generation of commercial fleets.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role at a growth-stage company moving fast. You will take on loosely defined problems, build the structure needed to solve them, and turn your findings into clear recommendations that actually get used. Working closely with our Business Development, Finance, Product, Operations, and Data Science teams, you won't just build decks – your work will directly inform the decisions that shape the company’s growth. One day you might be structuring a strategic partnership to enhance EV Realty's value proposition to a national trucking company; the next, sizing the long-term opportunity for autonomous fleet charging in a new market. You'll be close to real decisions, with visibility into how a company at this stage thinks about strategy, operations, and profitable growth.

The right candidate is organized, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating with ambiguity. You're energized by complexity and know how to drive work to a conclusion even when the path isn't clear.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and drive EV Realty's strategic planning frameworks, including the long-term business plan, objectives and goal setting, and initiative roadmaps
    • Conduct market and competitive research to sharpen EV Realty's positioning and identify emerging opportunities across its medium and heavy-duty vehicle and autonomous vehicle strategies
    • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new opportunities and inform investment decisions, including new market entry, strategic partnerships, and new products
    • Support geographic expansion efforts, including market sizing, site selection criteria, and go-to-market planning for new markets
    • Work with prospective and existing customers to analyze their fleet data, assess how EV Realty's solutions fit their operations, and develop tailored recommendations
    • Track and synthesize industry trends and policy developments relevant to EV Realty's business
    • Translate research and analysis into clear, structured outputs that inform decisions by senior leadership and the board
    • Translate research and analysis into clear, structured outputs that inform decisions by senior leadership and the board
    • Support the development of internal processes, reporting frameworks, and operational infrastructure as the company scales
    • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned and projects move forward

Knowledge & Skills

    • A first-principles problem solver – you can take a fresh challenge, break it down, identify the key value drivers and economic levers, and build the analysis needed to inform a decision
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills – you can build a model from scratch and pressure-test assumptions to understand what really moves the needle
    • Excellent research skills – you’re able to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable insights
    • Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal – you can distill complex ideas for any audience, from a cross-functional project team update to a board presentation
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift and structure isn't always given
    • Intellectually versatile – you're equally at home analyzing a new market opportunity one week and pressure-testing an operational process the next
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate research, analysis, and communications; experience with data analysis or visualization tools is a plus
    • Familiarity with the transportation, energy or broader infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, environmental science, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy-focused

This role is eligible for EV Realty’s Equity Incentive Plan, health, dental, and vision insurance fully paid for by EV Realty, One Medical membership, online mental health support, virtual doctor visits, FSA, unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, commuter benefits, and a health and wellness stipend.
