Position Responsibilities:
- Assess and analyze customer escalations and formulate problem resolutions.
- Coordinate activities required to facilitate the quick return to service for emergent customer requirements (e.g., AOG).
- Review and interpret engineering data for alternative problem resolution.
- Act as a liaison with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
- Delegate tasks to manage workload effectively.
- Engage in cross-functional communications to deliver concise and timely results.
- Support suppliers by identifying constraints and assisting with mitigation plans.
- Manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Assist in the collection and processing of supplier and customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity.
- Adapt to a fast-changing and high-stress work environment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Basic experience in customer support or customer service role.
- High attention to detail, self-starter, and results driven.
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as this position operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proofreading, and editing skills.
