  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives for one or more teams
  • Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and workflows to increase execution speed, visibility, and team effectiveness
  • Use tooling, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows where appropriate to support planning, reporting, and documentation
  •

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with software engineering teams in a technical program management, project management, software development, or similar role
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional work with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and AI-enabled tools used throughout the planning and delivery phases of projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  •

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development practices, languages and frameworks
  • Experience working in investment management / wealth management
