What you'll do:
- Support the design and setup of A/B and multivariate tests on key page types, from hypothesis through to results and recommendations.
- Review and align existing pages to new templates and components as part of system and CMS migrations, flagging UX and content issues.
- Create simple wireframes or prototypes for page layouts and flows that follow our design system and accessibility standards.
- Partner with UX, analytics, marketing, and engineering to interpret data, share insights, and continuously improve the user experience.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in UX, product design, web design, or a related digital role.
- Foundational UX skills: understanding of user journeys, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Some exposure to website experimentation and/or web analytics (e.g., A/B testing concepts, engagement or conversion metrics).
- Ability to create clear, simple wireframes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- A self-starter with a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies-especially AI.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑moving, experiment‑driven environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target) or CMS‑driven websites.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and basic HTML/CSS.
