Job Title: Associate

Job Duties: Perform software development including resiliency, scalability and performance testing for the next generation Portfolio Management Solution. Develop APls and work closely with other developers on core services and databases. Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including code documentation, testing and production deployments. Maintain and upgrade existing systems. Write and execute test cases to ensure code quality. Coordinate user testing and deploying software. Help drive continuous product innovation and best practices by knowing, learning and leveraging new technologies and capabilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in engineering, computer science, or related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or closely related role. Two years of experience required in the following: Backend Technologies and Skills including Java, Spring Boot, SQL, NoSQL, Junit, Mockito, Cucumber BDD testing, and multi-module project management with custom BOM; Frontend Technologies including Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Jest; Internet API Security, including mTLS certificate authentication; Scripting in Perl & Bash, and Cron Jobs; API architecture including RESTful APls; and Linux OS, Process Management, Navigation and Symlinks.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$150,000.00 - USD$162,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
