Job Duties: FP&A Business partnership for our Fixed Income Platform (Fundamental Fixed Income, Munis, FIG, and LDI teams). Produce monthly management reporting for each of the four businesses. Provide insight and commentary into monthly results, variance to budget, variance year-over-year, and key trends for COO and business heads. Manage quarterly LDI reporting and provide results to key stakeholders. Partner with our central team on core operational processes (decision/ implementation process, LDI managed view adjustments, internal sub-advisory processes). Partner with COO and business heads on key firm processes (annual sales/ revenue budget, annual expense/ economic comp budget, quarterly business reviews, and monthly expense/ G&A forecasts). Provide ad hoc analysis to partners as needed for key areas of focus of the firm. Serve as a Key contributor and thought partner on Fixed Income strategy projects (including but not limited to margin analytics, reorganizations, restructuring, product prioritization, and multi-year planning).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related field and 36 months of experience in job offered or closely related role. Position requires three years of experience in the following: Visualization Tools including PowerBI and Tableau; ERP tool (TM1 Cognos); Excel and PowerPoint; Data Analytics; Quantitative and Financial Modeling; and Budgeting and Forecasting. Position requires one year of experience in the following: Fixed Income and Leveraged Finance products; Reorganization Planning; Scenario Analysis; and Accounting Principles.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$123,500.00 - USD$130,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
