We’re looking for an analytical and collaborative Assortment Planner to join our Range & Space team on a 12-month contract.

This role is instrumental in bringing our category and brand strategies to life in-store — ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success across our store portfolio.

The Role You Could Play

You will play a pivotal role in strategically curating product assortments and designing efficient store layouts that enhance productivity and reflect our brand vision.

You will:

  • Develop core and seasonal assortment plans for new and existing stores

  • Create and optimise planograms aligned to category strategies, VM standards and commercial targets

  • Analyse sales, customer and space performance data to inform range decisions

  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandise, VM, Supply Chain and Retail Operations to deliver seamless execution

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Range & Space processes

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in retail, assortment planning and/or merchandising

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience using space planning tools (e.g. Spaceman, Blue Yonder) is advantageous

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
