About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, dynamic Sales Development Representative to help expand Astelia’s reach and bring our vision to more customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy winning high-impact deals, and want to help shape the future of Exposure Management, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics

  • Willingness to learn or have proven experience in sales development or insides sales
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other prospecting technologies
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and/or emailing to generate new leads
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and effective objection handling
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in cybersecurity or SAAS environment
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, including qualification, discovery, and objection handling
