Supervises staff, daily operations, and activities of the athletic fields maintenance shop. Plans, schedules, supervises and coordinates athletic field maintenance projects and activities. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are maintained.

Minimum Education: High school or equivalent
Minimum Experience:5 years
Preferred Education: Associate's degree
Preferred Experience: 7 years
Minimum Field of Expertise:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of all aspects of athletic fields maintenance with
progressive leadership/management/supervision experience. Demonstrated ability to lead
and motivate a diverse workforce. Thorough knowledge of sports turf maintenance with
knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Preferred Field of Expertise:
7 years of experience within a college/university environment. Knowledge of the UPC
and/or HSC Campuses.
