  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon Connect leader(Techo Program Manager )  to join our cloud engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven architectures. You will play a key role in building intelligent contact center solutions and integrating them with enterprise systems.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Amazon Connect implementations across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and customer support
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis)
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and operational standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation in contact center workflows
  • Required Qualifications
  • 10++ years of experience in technical program management or solution architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, contact center technologies, and telephony systems
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  •  Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
  • Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center operations
