Azeri and Russian Speaking - Regional Marketing ManagerThe Role: 

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast-growing marketing function across Central Asia, with a primary focus on Azerbaijan and additional responsibility for Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Armenia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and international environment and take your career to the next level!

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Define and create country-specific marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across Central Asia, with a primary focus on the Azerbaijan market
  • Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs
  • Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research
  • during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
  • Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
  • Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other
  • regional teams as necessary
  • Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
  • Stay on top of current trends and best practices
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Marketing Manager

Main requirements:

  • Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Native Azeri speaker and very good knowledge English
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
  • Strong digital marketing skills
  • Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and ability to multitask
  • Dynamic and target oriented
