Teal Health is on a mission to provide women with the tools, access, and resources they need to make their own, informed decisions regarding their health—starting with cervical cancer screenings. We’ve created the first FDA authorized at-home cervical cancer screening. We’re replacing the in-office pap smear with a cervical cancer screening that is comfortable, convenient, and designed for women. Teal Health’s solution includes a patented Teal Wand collection device and a modern telehealth platform to make it easy for women to speak with a doctor, screen at home and understand their results.
We boldly champion the future women deserve. And we do this through our values, which are to elevate women, expect exceptional, and learning, every day. The Teal team lives our values and uses them to guide our decisions when building Teal.
Teal Health is looking for a commercially driven builder to design, test, and execute our go-to-market motion across new channels. This is a role for someone who thrives on figuring out what works, moving fast, and seeing it through from hypothesis to signed agreement — working directly with the VP of Commercial to identify high-potential channels, run structured GTM tests, and own the full commercial process on whatever shows the most promise. As the organization scales, this role has the opportunity to grow into direct management of specific commercial functions.
What You'll Do:Design and execute structured GTM tests across new commercial channels — starting with providers but following the evidence wherever it leads, including employers, platform partnerships, or other opportunities
Develop channel hypotheses, define success metrics, run experiments, and translate learnings into clear recommendations on where to invest and scale
Own the full commercial process in tested channels — from outbound and discovery through deal negotiation, partnership structuring, and close
Document repeatable motions and partner with the VP of Commercial on hiring and infrastructure decisions; as channels prove out, take on a player-coach function with potential to directly manage provider sales or partner success
Required:
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic sales, GTM strategy or commercial operations
Early stage experience at a diagnostic, digital health, health tech, women’s health or other regulated healthcare environment.
Proven experience directly selling into or partnering with health systems, employers, or provider networks.
Proven experience building or testing a commercial channel from scratch.
Comfortable operating heads down in a spreadsheet and directly.
Willing to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
Analytically strong with bias for action.
Preferred:
Comfortable being heads down in a spreadsheet or in front of a partner negotiating an agreement.
Motivated by ambiguity and to shape how a company goes to market
Open to variable compensation structures
Benefits may include:
Equity compensation
Health insurance
FSA /DCFSA options
401(k)
Parental leave
Flexible PTO
Professional development support
