Analyze and optimize B2B pricing using large datasets and BI tools. Monitor sales and market dynamics, identify margin opportunities, validate data quality, recommend pricing actions, collaborate with commercial teams to implement and track results, and present findings clearly.
We are looking for a B2B Pricing Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving data-based pricing decisions across our commercial operations. Your mission: analyze and optimize pricing strategies, monitor market dynamics, identify margin opportunities, and ensure pricing translates into sustainable business growth.
This is a remote position.
- Monitor daily sales dynamics across multiple segments: brand, country, supplier, key company partners, suppliers, and business lines.
- Analyze multiple core metrics in combination to get a comprehensive picture.
- Work confidently with large datasets; identify key events and business changes behind the numbers and graphs.
- Deeply immerse yourself in business processes and identify root causes for metric changes.
- Develop solutions that drive positive trend-level changes.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement agreed-upon decisions, provide well-reasoned justification for proposed measures, build action plans, and monitor results.
- Present results clearly using charts and numbers.
- Defend the company’s interests and provide well-reasoned refusals under pressure, when required.
- Communicate daily with the commercial team, dive into the specifics of each market, collect feedback, structure and aggregate received information, and present it in summary form.
- Ensure the quality of collected data, clarify and verify suspicious or potentially inaccurate information with related teams.
- Process internal requests regarding price discrepancies with competitors, verify data accuracy, make pricing decisions, and issue discounts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related functions.
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (both spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with multiple metrics and analytical tools simultaneously, understand business processes behind the numbers, pay close attention to details and identify root causes of changes.
- Advanced Excel skills (cubes, pivot tables, complex formulas, charts).
- Basic SQL skills: ability to read and modify existing queries, write simple queries to extract data from multiple tables.
- Experience working with large data sets, high attention to detail, and structured/systematic thinking.
- Experience with BI tools is a plus.
