  • Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and buying potential.
  • Handle objections confidently and communicate a compelling value proposition.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives or senior sales team members.
  • Maintain a clean and highly organized CRM, ensuring prospect information, activities, notes, stages, and follow-up actions are consistently updated.
  • Manage follow-ups diligently so opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies.
  • Track performance against KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional sales experience, with significant experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in an outbound SDR, BDR, lead generation, appointment setting, or similar sales role.
  • Strong experience with high-volume cold calling and confidence speaking with business decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit activity and meeting-booking targets consistently.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.
  • Excellent CRM hygiene, including accurate data entry, detailed call notes, task management, pipeline updates, and follow-up tracking.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, active listening, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of prospects without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven remote sales environment.
