About the Role

We're seeking a Backend Engineer to help build our AI-powered lead generation platform. You'll work closely with our machine learning team to develop scalable services that power our agentic AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance APIs and microservices

  • Build robust data pipelines for processing B2B sales and marketing data

  • Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy and scale AI models

  • Develop automated testing frameworks and maintain code quality

  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python

  • Experience with microservices architecture

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

  • Familiarity with cloud services (preferably GCP)

  • Experience with distributed systems

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
