●     Measure impact, identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the SDLC

●     Help defuse resistance to change with patience and empathy

●     Partner with DevOps, architects and management to track and optimize AI utilization

What You’ll Need:

●     4+ years backend development experience

●     Experience with .NET and/or COBOL

●     Hands-on experience with modern AI dev tools (GitHub Copilot (preferred) / Cursor / others)

●     Excellent soft skills (MUST): mentoring, influence, patience, and empathy

●     Experience working in large, multi-team R&D environments

●     Major advantage- Using GitHub Copilot and good familiarity with its latest features

●     Major advantage- Mentoring and training experience
