Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable Node.js experience, building intricate backend systems
- Demonstrable creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems and new technologies
- Working knowledge of system architecture and database design
- Know-how dealing with building and maintaining complex event-driven systems
- Demonstrable experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to build highly performant APIs to power data visualizations
- Experience dealing with scalability requirements and performance improvements
- Ability to collaborate well with others
- Startup experience as a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience with Continuous Integration and test-driven development as a plus
