Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with strong performance and reliability.
  • Build distributed services and real-time processing solutions for high-concurrency scenarios.
  • Optimize system performance across multi-threading, databases, caching, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and solution delivery.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
  • Support API and platform integrations across internal and external systems.
  • Explore and apply new technologies, including AI/LLM-related solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Java backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Solid experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and distributed systems.
  • Good understanding of multi-threading, JVM, and performance tuning.
  • Experience building high-concurrency, high-availability, and low-latency systems.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service integration.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Linux is a plus.
  • Background in finance, ad tech, or data platforms is preferred.
  • AI/LLM integration experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin are required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
