The Opportunity
As a Test Execution Leader within our Banking and Capital Markets sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation. You will focus on evaluating systems and software applications to identify defects, errors, or gaps in functionality, confirming they meet specified requirements and perform as expected. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC, you will be part of our Operations competency network, working within our Core Banking Technology practice. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, reinforcing professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Executing test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance
- Managing defect identification and resolution processes to enhance software quality
- Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing procedures and improve efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project objectives
- Implementing quality assurance best practices to maintain software reliability and compliance
- Conducting performance testing to assess system capabilities under various conditions
- Developing and maintaining test environments to support comprehensive testing activities
- Analyzing test results to inform insights and recommendations for software improvements
- Applying agile methodologies to adapt testing processes to evolving project requirements
- Leading efforts in debugging and fault analysis to identify and rectify software issues
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Excelling in Agile Program Management and Agile SDLC practices
- Demonstrating proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
