The Opportunity
As a Banking Transformation - Technology Modernization & Architecture - Director, you will lead the charge in transforming banking technology landscapes, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through strategic consulting services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.
In this role, you will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. You will cultivate the potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs, and leveraging our collective strength.
Responsibilities
- Leading the transformation of banking technology architecture to enhance operational efficiency
- Guiding teams in the implementation and integration of business applications to support strategic objectives
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions for seamless integration
- Managing project delivery and resource allocation to optimize business transformation initiatives
- Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Cultivating potential in team members through mentorship and leadership development
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to drive business growth
- Developing innovative ideas and solutions to address complex business challenges
- Validating data integrity and compliance within technology frameworks
- Encouraging creativity and systemic thinking to solve problems from multiple angles
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
