About the role

The Director of Partnerships, Ecosystem & International Expansion at Doss will architect and scale our most powerful growth levers: our partner ecosystem and international expansion. You will take over and evolve our successful partnership and channel motion into a high-throughput, global revenue engine. You will also spearhead our geographic growth strategy—owning GTM execution in Europe and other key markets. This role is directly responsible for our expansion into new verticals, regions, and partner categories, with executive-level influence on product, operations, and market strategy.

This is one of the most critical roles at Doss. Our path to 10x growth and $10M+ ARR runs through the work you’ll lead. You’ll drive the strategies and build the infrastructure that unlock compounding growth: international market entry, scaled indirect channels, deeper ecosystem integrations, and outsized partner influence. The future of Doss’s distribution—and much of its value—will be built through this role.

What you’ll do

0->1 Channels & GTM Expansion:

  • Identify, activate, and scale strategic partnerships with RSIs, GSIs, e-commerce platforms, financial software, 3PLs, and system integrators.

  • Launch new indirect channels, including developer and SDK partner programs, co-selling alliances, and solution bundles.

  • Operationalize structured partner tiers and programs, including legal docs, revenue attribution, and CRM instrumentation.

International Growth Leadership:

  • Lead our international expansion starting with EMEA, leveraging an established presence and strategic networks.

  • Stand up local go-to-market infrastructure via partnerships, alliances, and high-potential customer migration strategies.

  • Own playbook creation for international customer acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle growth.

Ecosystem Development::

  • Grow and manage the “Anti ERP ERP Club” as a cornerstone thought leadership and partnership platform.

  • Develop and maintain ecosystem integrations and technical alliances that broaden our surface area in key verticals.

  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap and ecosystem partner needs to accelerate market pull and stickiness.

Executive Impact:

  • Report directly to the CEO and operate as a cross-functional GTM leader.

  • Interface with Product, Ops, Engineering, and Marketing to translate partner and market insights into execution.

  • Serve as a key external face of Doss for strategic partnerships, international customers, and the broader market.

What you're world-class at
  • Strategic Execution: You translate vision into scalable, repeatable programs and playbooks.

  • Global Ops: You’ve driven expansion across borders and know how to build where you aren’t yet present.

  • Multimodal GTM: You’ve built and run both technical integrations and business development motions.

  • Fast-Moving Leadership: You lead from the front, with a builder’s mindset and global context.

About you
  • High intensity: you know how to lead without being told to.

  • Strategic: you play long-term games with long-term people.

  • Curious: you ask great questions, and you ask them fast.

  • Founder energy: ideally, you're a current or former founder in the space—someone who's built partnerships, scaled products, and lived through zero-to-one and one-to-many inflection points.

  • Domain fluent: you've built or run supply chains, implemented ERP systems, or developed inventory management infrastructure firsthand. You understand the pain points because you’ve solved them.

We have top-notch benefits
  • Premium comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Unlimited PTO and mandatory US Holidays.

  • 401(k), immediate eligibility, non-matching.

  • Fitness, commuter (BART/MUNI/CalTrain), and equipment stipends.

  • Premier office space with snacks, drinks (caffeinated, carbonated, coffee).

  • Lunch catered into office 4 days per week.

  • Relocation assistance available.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $195k-$265k OTE.

  • All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
