Our client is a Global IT Integrator and is seeking a subject matter expert Hadoop Architect. Global travel and excellent benefits.

SUMMARY

•**Apache Hadoop Cluster Apache Hive Big Data Analytics e-Commerce PayPal eBay Amazon Pig Hive Spark MapReduce Oozie Sqoop Impala Cassandra NoSQL***

o 7 - 10 years+ of Architect level experience with establishing client requirements, creating a road map

o 7 - 10 years+ expertise designing, developing and optimizing Big Data solutions using Hadoop stack: Hive, Spark and Pig and related tools.

o Strong data analytics capability with extracting high volumes of data and translating that into insights.

o Ability to change pivots and work in a super charged environment.

o Prepare presentations with insights.

o Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

•**Apache Hadoop Cluster Apache Hive Big Data Analytics e-Commerce PayPal eBay Amazon Pig Hive Spark MapReduce Oozie Sqoop Impala Cassandra NoSQL***

PREFERRED (but NOT required)

o Industry experience with: Paypal, eBay, Amazon or related e-Commerce product based companies.

o Experience with MapReduce, Cassandra and NoSQL / MongoDB or R statistical analytics
