About Antithesis

We build a platform that finds the bugs other testing approaches never see. Antithesis runs your entire system inside a deterministic simulation, breaks it in every way we can think of, and hands you a root cause with a perfect reproduction — no flaky tests, no false positives, no "works on my machine." Engineering teams debug faster and ship with far more confidence.

AI-generated code has made this work more urgent than ever. Agents write code faster than any human can, but faster code isn’t better code if it’s buggy, stuck in review, or quietly failing in production. The verification bottleneck is real, and it’s growing. That is precisely the problem Antithesis exists to solve. We’ve spent years quietly rethinking how the world approaches software reliability, and we’re just getting started.

We’re well-funded, deeply technical, and headquartered in Northern Virginia with satellite offices in London and San Francisco. Our team is in the office daily, which is how we take on hard problems together. If that sounds like fun to you, keep reading.

About the Role

Antithesis is looking for a Billing AR Manager to own the end-to-end billing and accounts receivable function. You'll build the systems, processes, and controls behind our revenue cycle from invoice generation to collections and keep our AR data clean as we scale. This role is hands-on. You should be comfortable designing workflows where limited process exists, working with sales and legal on deal structure, and talking directly with customers when issues arise. We're in the office daily in Vienna, VA.

What you'll do

  • Own the full billing cycle: invoice generation, delivery, dispute resolution, and collections

  • Manage AR aging and develop policies to minimize overdue balances

  • Partner with sales and legal to ensure contract terms translate accurately into billing

  • Build and maintain billing configurations in our ERP and payment systems

  • Produce AR reporting and surface trends to finance leadership

  • Design and document billing controls as we scale toward audit readiness

  • Drive automation across the billing and collections workflow

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in billing, AR, or revenue operations at a SaaS company

  • Experience with billing systems (NetSuite preferred) and CRM integrations

  • Track record of building and improving process, not just running it

  • Comfort working with legal and sales on contract terms and their billing implications

  • Strong attention to detail and personal ownership over data accuracy

  • Clear communicator with both internal stakeholders and customers
