We are excited to welcome Bilterns to Bilt for an 8-week summer internship program from June 8 - July 31, 2026. Our Biltern program is designed to give participants an immersive, hands-on experience across Bilt's key business sectors through structured bi-weekly rotations. Each Biltern will rotate through Housing, Neighborhood Commerce, Financial Services, and Loyalty Services gaining deep exposure to different parts of our business while working on real projects that impact our members. Throughout the program, interns will collaborate in sector-specific pods, engage daily with customer experience challenges, learn from GM leaders over lunch, and present their insights to the entire Bilt team.
Our Biltern program will pay $1,200.00 a week. All interns are required to work in-office at our NYC HQ (Meatpacking District), Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

In terms of qualifications, we're seeking:
- Rising college senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Available to work in-office in NYC for the full 8 weeks (June 8, 2026 - July 31, 2026)
Preferred (may be department-specific):
- Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field
- Passion for fintech, proptech, or consumer technology
- Demonstrated leadership in student organizations or projects
- Curious about how businesses operate end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, and innovative
- Intellectually curious with the ability to take initiative and calculated risks
- Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Department-Specific Requirements:
- Engineering: Currently studying Computer Science or related technical field
- Strategic Finance: must be getting a finance or related degree
