We’re working with urgency to make AGI a reality. As such, our team is highly motivated and committed to delivering world-class infrastructure. We treat our customers’ outcomes as our own, taking pride in the systems we build and the trust we earn. If you’re motivated by purpose, obsessed with excellence, and ready to work very hard to accelerate the future of intelligence, join us in building what's next.

About the Role

As the BIM Manager at Fluidstack, you will lead the digital foundation of our data center program, transforming static designs into high-fidelity, intelligent assets. This is a strategic role focused on industrializing the design process through high-LOD (Level of Development) modeling, computational automation, and template management.

You will own the entire BIM lifecycle — from establishing rigorous global standards and managing external MEP consultants to ensuring Fluidstack’s digital twins are fabrication-ready. Your work will directly enable our speed-to-market strategy by automating repetitive design tasks and ensuring that every modular component is fully coordinated before it arrives on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the BIM lifecycle across Fluidstack’s global data center program.

  • Establish and enforce global BIM standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.

  • Lead high-LOD (400+) modeling to support prefabrication and modular construction.

  • Manage and coordinate external MEP consultants, ensuring compliance with Fluidstack BIM standards.

  • Develop and maintain BIM templates that support repeatable, industrialized design workflows.

  • Drive computational automation to eliminate repetitive design work and accelerate delivery.

  • Ensure digital models function as fabrication-ready digital twins.

  • Translate complex BIM workflows into clear, actionable outputs for project managers and supply chain partners.

Basic Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in BIM roles within mission-critical, industrial, or semiconductor environments.

  • Advanced mastery of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.

  • Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards.

  • Proven experience delivering LOD 400+ models for prefabrication.

  • Proficiency in Dynamo or Python for BIM automation at scale.

  • Strong system-thinking mindset with the ability to enforce standards across global teams.

  • Clear, effective communicator capable of bridging technical workflows and execution teams.
