Responsibilities include market and competitor research, product data maintenance, documentation, user-flow reviews, testing, issue tracking, cross-functional coordination, product launches, growth campaigns, reporting, dashboard creation, and translating performance results into recommendations.

About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Support building Binance Earn’s TradFi wealth management products from research and product design through launch and day-to-day operations.
- Conduct market and competitor research on wealth management products and translate findings into product recommendations.
- Help build and maintain the product universe and product data, and support product selection reviews.
- Support product documentation (BRD / PRD, user flows, FAQs), design reviews and testing, and track issues to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Support product launches and user-growth campaigns, build regular reports and dashboards, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or recent graduate, in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Good understanding of traditional investment products (ETFs, mutual funds, Structured Products) and strong interest in crypto; knowledge of both the finance and crypto industries is required.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Structured, detail-oriented and self-driven; able to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment, with flexible hours to coordinate with partners across time zones.
- Available for at least 6 months. Fully remote, open to candidates from different countries in Asia time zones.
Nice to have
- Internship experience in product, wealth / asset management, brokerage, fintech or a crypto exchange.
- Hands-on experience in user operations, content or community management.
- Familiarity with tokenized assets / RWA.
- CFA candidate or relevant securities qualifications.
