This is a field based role, working from across EU5 or the US East Coast. Due to high collaboration and team structure within Europe, this role wouldn't suit someone working remotely from the US West Coast or Central states.

    Your Mission:
    • Support, design and implementation of BioPharma solutions; i.e. real world data insights and patient recruitment solutions, as well as, multimodal analytics to support pharma needs.
    • Understands the requirements of Top 20 BioPharma customers face in order to develop competitive BioPharma offerings that fulfil pharma clients' needs and maximize revenue.
    • Prospecting, developing partnerships and signing commercial contracts for BioPharma Solutions, including pricing & sales strategy.
    • Lead strategic account planning for priority pharma partners, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder engagement plans, and multi-year growth roadmaps.
    • Identifies the benefits of BioPharma Solutions and translates them into customer-facing messaging.

    Requirements
    Your Background:
    • Proven experience building and growing strategic partnerships with top 10-20 pharma, ideally including real-world data, evidence generation, or similar data services
    • 8+ years' experience selling data or data-driven services into biopharma, with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. To be suitable, you should bring knowledge of selling products, services or solutions linked to Data insights - Genomic insights, clinic-genomic, RWE or RWD data insights are highly valuable
    • Demonstrated ability to shape and sell innovative, non-commoditized offerings (e.g. customized data projects, multimodal insights, or services like ABACO) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    MA Pay Range: $144K - $247K (Senior Director)
