About the Company

Simile is building the first simulation platform powered by AI systems that model realistic human behavior at scale. Founded by Joon S. Park (lead author of Generative Agents, Stanford), Percy Liang (Professor of Computer Science at Stanford, Director of CRFM), and Michael Bernstein (Professor of Computer Science at Stanford), our work sits at the frontier of foundation models and human-centered AI.

We raised a $100M Series A from Index Ventures with support from Hanabi, A*, and Bain Capital Ventures.

About the Team

Simile is a small, focused team of operators and researchers who care deeply about clarity, curiosity, and high craft. We translate cutting-edge research into practical software used by some of the world's leading organizations. We value fast learning cycles, meaningful ownership, and a high-trust environment.

About the Role

GTM at Simile means being embedded within enterprise account teams, working alongside a senior team member who owns the vertical. You'll be deeply involved in 2-3 customer relationships - running deployment work, handling day-to-day customer needs, and getting fluent enough in Simile's platform to be genuinely useful in technical conversations. The expectation is that within a year, you're ready to own accounts independently.

The people who do well here are energized by customers and their experience in the product: building relationships, digging into hard problems, and staying on top of the details. You'll move fast, have real ownership early, and work closely with product and research on problems that matter to Fortune 500 organizations across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own your Customers: Be the person your customers rely on - responsive, on top of the details, and trusted to get things done

  • Drive Deployments: Own enterprise customer engagements from first call to full deployment and beyond

  • Know the Product: Go deep on Simile's platform - simulations, population modeling, evals, and validations - and bring that knowledge into every customer conversation

  • Work Cross-functionally: Bridge the gap between what customers need and what product and modeling teams build, and make sure the right insights from the field shape internal decisions

  • Shape the Business: Take on high-impact projects that span the full business - from how we land new customers to how we think about simulation quality and what we build next

Must Haves

  • Experience: 2-4 years in post-sales, implementation, solutions engineering, strategy consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment

  • Mindset: Thrives in ambiguous, 0-1 environments - scrappy, resourceful, and doesn't wait to be told what to do

  • Reliability: The person your teammates and customers can count on - detail-oriented, accountable, and consistent

  • Customer Focus: Exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders and knows how to navigate complex relationships

  • Product Fluency: Able to get up to speed on technical concepts quickly and explain them clearly; no coding required, but comfortable engaging with AI concepts like evals, validation, and model behavior

  • Travel: Willing to travel for customer engagements

Nice to Haves

  • Experience at an early-stage startup or fast-moving team

  • Exposure to AI, analytics, or data-heavy products

  • Comfort building lightweight tools or automations (scripts, no-code tools, etc.)

  • Familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS

Compensation and Benefits

At Simile, we provide competitive compensation packages that include base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 USD

Note: Final offers are based on experience, specialized skills, interview performance, and relevant training.
