The BizOps Specialist will partner with leadership to define priorities, build frameworks for business planning, and drive scalability across various initiatives.
BizOps Lead – Stealth Startup (San Francisco)
We’re a stealth SaaS startup based in San Francisco, building at the intersection of AI, data, and automation. We’re looking for our first BizOps hire — a strategic generalist who can help build the operational foundation of the company and partner directly with the founders to accelerate growth.
This role is onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco.
BizOps – should be two jobs in: someone with experience in consulting plus either private equity (PE) or another operational role.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define, track, and operationalize company priorities.
Build frameworks for business planning, KPIs, and company-wide reporting.
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Product, GTM, and Finance.
Identify bottlenecks and build scalable processes as we grow.
Work directly with leadership to inform fundraising, growth, and hiring strategy.
What We’re Looking For
3–10 years of experience in consulting, private equity, or BizOps at a SaaS or tech company.
Fast, iterative operator with high intellectual horsepower who can keep pace with the CEO’s velocity.
High achiever with a track record of major career achievements — not just part of a team, but someone whose name is directly tied to driving key outcomes.
Works with autonomy and little direction — high agency, proactive, and able to identify and solve the most important problems independently.
Exceptional drive, ownership, and bias toward action.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly structured thinker.
Experience working cross-functionally with product and go-to-market teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
