  • Developing and implementing account plans and growth strategies tailored to each partner's ecosystem and USDC usage roadmap.
  • Leading executive business reviews, managing escalations with care, and proactively identifying new ways Circle can support each partner's goals.
  • Contributing to partner-facing content, reporting, and executive materials that strengthen our credibility and reinforce strategic alignment.
  • Developing a deep understanding of each partner's ecosystem, roadmap, governance model, and strategic priorities.

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and post-sales cycles, including QBRs, renewals, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Strong ability to manage C-level relationships while also collaborating with technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience scaling onchain ecosystems or protocol GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with builder enablement tools (e.g., grants, dev onboarding, liquidity incentives).
  • Prior startup experience, particularly in early-stage Web3 environments.
  • Deep passion for the stablecoin space and Circle's mission to build open, interoperable financial infrastructure.
