Digitals AI Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our expanding team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the financial health of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Record and process all financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Manage general ledger entries and assist with month-end close processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
