Location: Flexible

Duration: June - August (8+ weeks)

Hours: 20-40 hours/week

Compensation: $20/hour

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Design Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with a passion for marketing, visual storytelling, and social media. The intern will support the marketing team by creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and speaks to our audience across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Design and create high-quality visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Assist in developing graphics, videos, animations, and other multimedia assets for marketing campaigns, events, and other programs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts for brand storytelling.

  • Optimize designs for mobile and desktop viewing, ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Stay updated on the latest design and social media trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.

  • Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all visual communications.

  • Assist with content scheduling and publishing on social media platforms.

  • Contribute to performance tracking by analyzing engagement metrics and suggesting design improvements.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices for visual content.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to take creative direction and work independently when needed.

  • Experience in creating video content, motion graphics, or animations is a plus.
