Job Description

Position Summary

As a Brand Designer at Revalize, you will shape the future of our visual identity across a diverse portfolio of brands in the manufacturing technology space. You’ll partner across Marketing to translate complex ideas into compelling designs for digital campaigns, in-person experiences, and dynamic content. This role blends creative vision with hands-on execution, ensuring scalable design systems and exceptional brand experiences that reflect our innovative solutions.

Revalize is an AI-forward organization committed to leveraging emerging tools and defining new best practices for creative production, and this role is central to that mission. We’re looking for a brand designer who is excited about the evolving AI landscape, thoughtful about how and when to leverage generative AI, and eager to help shape how our Marketing teams work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolve and maintain brand identity across Revalize’s portfolio, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a compelling visual perspective across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Design assets for campaigns, social media, web, and events, covering digital promotions, content marketing materials, and event branding.
  • Own production workflows and scalable design systems by coordinating with agency partners, upholding quality standards, and maintaining templates, style guides, and brand toolkits that enable self-service across marketing teams.
  • Support video content by contributing creative direction, visual narratives, and light motion graphics in collaboration with internal teams or agency partners.
  • Contribute to the design of webpages and campaign microsites, providing creative input aligned with brand standards to support engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Events, and Demand Generation teams to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visuals and deliver impactful creative across channels.
  • Uses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, executional excellence, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing end-to-end design workflows and producing high-quality, brand-consistent assets across multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events).
  • Strong understanding of design systems, templates, and scalable asset libraries, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
