Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

- Lead and deliver annual planning & functional strategy. Support P&L ownership and delivery of Annual Growth Goals in partnership with your manager
- Translate strategy to execution via marketing excellence in purposeful creative, media and consumer activation development and implementation
- Influence and guide innovation strategy and lead implementation of new item launches
- Deliver commercial plans on commercial planning timelines, underpinned by robust insights
- Leverage data to monitor business performance and uncover actionable insights to propel growth
Execute commercial and marketing activation agenda
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.
- Partner across the organization to inspire, influence, and support execution of strategy for channels, licensing, foodservice, shopper marketing, omni & in-store
- Design and deliver package graphics renovation plan and execute price/pack architecture excellence
- Execute Integrated Marketing plan, PR, Purpose & Design plans; improve marketing ROI & effectiveness
- Partner with R&D to champion brand quality and ensure active monitoring and remedy plans
Drive team culture and develop pipeline of future leaders:
- Provide inspiring leadership to both the brand team and cross-functional team members and lead teams to manage priorities and deliver on goals

What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
Job specific requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+)
- Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc)
- Proven Brand Management experience with demonstrated results
