Job Description
Lead the planning and execution of premium client experiences, experiential marketing programs, and BTL activations across Latin America, leveraging NBCUniversal brands, content, and IP to strengthen strategic partnerships, drive business objectives, and create memorable brand experiences.
  • Develop and execute high-profile events, NBCUniversal Experiences programs.
  • Design and manage end-to-end guest journeys, including travel, accommodations, hospitality, entertainment, and on-site execution.
  • Lead regional BTL activations and experiential initiatives supporting business priorities, affiliate relationships, and partner engagement.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, production partners, budgets, timelines, and operational processes to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Content, Brand Marketing, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and International teams to execute strategic experiences.
  • Establish, track, and report against KPIs to measure program effectiveness, partner engagement, client satisfaction, attendance, budget efficiency, and business impact.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, post-event reports, and executive recaps to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize programs based on insights, feedback, and performance metrics to maximize ROI and partner value.

Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or BTL activations, including B2B programs for clients or business partners.
  • Proven ability to manage events from concept through execution, including budgets, production, logistics, guest hospitality, and on-site delivery.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and production partners, with strong negotiation skills and attention to quality and costs.
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze program results, develop clear reports, and use insights to improve future experiences.
  • Experience managing event budgets, tracking actual spend against forecasts, and evaluating program effectiveness and return on investment through financial and engagement metrics.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Desired Characteristics
  • Experience delivering regional programs across Latin America.
  • Additional experience with B2C activations or consumer-facing brand experiences.
  • Background in entertainment, media, hospitality, or premium brand experiences.
  • Portuguese language proficiency
