Team

Brand & Creative defines how Replit shows up in the world and leads the creative work that brings it to market. It sets the brand direction at a company level and drives the planning and execution of creative across product, marketing, and major company initiatives. The function operates as both strategic authority and creative leadership, ensuring a clear, consistent, and high-quality expression of Replit across every touchpoint.

To deliver this, the department operates across three focused creative streams:

  • System: Defines the visual and verbal brand system and ensures consistency across core surfaces and touchpoints.

  • Scale: Drives reach, adaptation, and repeatable brand expression across ongoing and growth-oriented work.

  • Story: Shapes perception and meaning through launches, campaigns, and key brand moments.

Supporting these streams, Creative Services delivers in-house audio-visual production. External agencies and production partners provide additional specialized support.

Role

The Brand & Creative Production Lead is responsible for defining, building, and scaling how creative work is produced across the company.

The role oversees production planning, execution, and partner management across System, Scale, Story, and Services. Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, who leads Brand & Creative at a company level, this role ensures creative work is delivered efficiently, at a high level of craft, and in alignment with timelines and budgets.

As the production lead for the department, this role operates as both a hands-on producer and a leader of production. Responsibilities

  • Oversee production planning and execution across campaigns, launches, product work, and ongoing initiatives

  • Lead production on high-impact work, including campaigns, films, events, and key brand moments

  • Manage and evolve the ecosystem of external agencies, studios, and production partners

  • Scope projects, define production approaches, and allocate internal and external resources

  • Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Ops to align production with direction, timelines, and budgets

  • Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the expected level of quality

  • Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and production negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal

  • Build and scale production capabilities, including hiring and managing producers over time

  • Provide direction and oversight to internal producers and production partners

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and production quality across the organization

  • Drive visibility and clarity across production timelines, risks, and dependencies

Requirements
  • 7–9+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, or brand production roles

  • Experience working at a top-tier creative agency, production company, or in-house creative team

  • Strong experience producing campaigns, films, digital work, and integrated brand initiatives

  • Experience managing external agencies, production companies, and vendor ecosystems

  • Strong understanding of production workflows across design, motion, film, digital, and experiential

  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation at scale

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

  • Ability to translate creative direction into clear production plans and execution

  • Experience both producing work hands-on and leading or mentoring other producers

  • Strong organizational and operational thinking

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal
