ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager with French to support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the financial services sector.

In this hybrid role, you will combine business analysis expertise with project management responsibilities, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior leadership to define requirements, manage delivery, and ensure successful project outcomes in an international environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Analysis
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Maintain project and requirements documentation.
Project Management
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
  • Support project governance and ensure delivery aligns with agreed objectives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the key point of contact between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across project teams.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in French (C1+) and English.
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or BA/PM role.
  • Experience delivering projects within banking, financial services, or consulting environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
  • Experience managing project plans, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
