Business Analysts partner with internal and external stakeholders to capture and define complex problems, use cases, and requirements across day-to-day workflows. You will use your problem-solving skills to translate those requirements into solutions that close operational gaps and inefficiencies. This includes formalizing new offerings and enhancements into business requirements, then working with our development team to build and test functional specifications. We are looking for energetic analysts who are excited by financial markets applications and the impact they have on the people who use them.

You will collaborate with Product Managers to define and enhance elements of Enfusion's OEMS and help build customized solutions within our software.

Our front-to-back investment management platform aims to provide world-class features that traders, portfolio managers, and compliance officers at asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional trading desks can leverage to trade faster and make better-informed decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Translate complex front-office trading and order management workflows into detailed development specifications across multiple asset classes, with a focus on listed products

  • Partner with new and existing clients to understand end-user requirements and deliver comprehensive specs to our development team

  • Design new workflows, features, and functions within the OEMS platform

  • Leverage AI tools to complement your industry knowledge and accelerate your technical output

  • Build test case suites and matrices for our QA team, then analyze results to distinguish bugs from expected behavior or misconfiguration

  • Provide Level 3 technical support alongside our product support teams, troubleshooting issues for live clients in real time

  • Collaborate with the sales team to articulate client workflows and requirements during the pre-sales process

  • Produce clear project status reports to keep stakeholders aligned

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Working with OMS/EMS platform vendors or asset management front-office users

  • Testing and collaborating with a global QA team

  • Working directly with a global product development team

  • Strong understanding of global trading systems and front-office workflows

What Sets You Apart:

  • Hands-on experience with FIX protocol (4.2 and/or 4.4)

  • Working knowledge of fair allocation methodologies — Pari Passu, strategy-based splits, and related compliance requirements

  • Direct experience in an Agile development environment

  • Comfort reading and interpreting application log outputs

  • Experience designing and solutioning end-user workflows

  • Familiarity with tools in our stack: Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Claude Enterprise, Claude Code
