Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and requirements.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
  • Recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Operations, B2B and B2C selling motions
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and effective implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Consultant or similar role in IT or software consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce documentation, particularly with Salesforce Revenue and Commerce Clouds.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions for Public Sector clients, with knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and data security requirements.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont, the standard base pay range for this role is $120,000-160,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, Nevada, Rhode Island, and Vermont and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for competitive benefits, individual and team performance awards, others. Actual amounts will vary depending on overall profile, experience, and location.
