Analyze processes and operational data, gather and document business requirements, validate data, monitor KPIs, prepare reports and dashboards, recommend improvements, and support cross-functional implementation and project tracking.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, documenting business requirements, and helping teams make informed decisions.
Position Overview
The Business Analyst will work with internal teams to understand business needs, evaluate processes, analyze performance data, and recommend practical solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, business systems, and stakeholders while translating complex information into clear and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, operational data, and performance metrics.
- Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and data summaries for management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify significant trends.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, IT, customer service, and management teams.
- Assist with process improvement and implementation initiatives.
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Track project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Maintain organized documentation of processes, requirements, and analysis.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in business analysis, operations, reporting, data analysis, or project coordination is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning new business applications and systems.
