- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for various business processes.
- Analyze business operations and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
- Create clear, concise PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
