and solutions across MECCA’s technology landscape.

This hands-on Business Analyst role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, scalable technology solutions across key business areas including People, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, and enterprise systems.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments, delivering technology and business initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across business and technical teams.

  • Proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear, structured solutions and technical outcomes.

  • Experience working across enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, and large-scale platforms such as HRIS, Retail, Supply Chain, or ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments.

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, using tools such as Jira and collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and QA teams.

  • Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
