JOB FUNCTION: The ISO 22301 Business Continuity Associate supports the organization’s Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in alignment with ISO 22301 requirements. This role works closely with cross-functional managers to develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical business processes, supports incident and crisis response activities, and participates in risk assessments across operational, IT, emergency response, and facility support functions.

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, risk management, business continuity, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience working in the following environments:
- Incident or crisis response
- Service reliability or operational resilience
- High-risk or time-critical environments
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
Candidates must demonstrate competence in:
- ISO 9001 or other ISO management system certifications (knowledge or practical experience)
- Risk awareness and incident response principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
- Familiarity with emergency response, escalation, and incident management procedures
- Ability to follow structured processes and adhere to established procedures and standards
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support managers in the development, review, and maintenance of ISO 22301–compliant SOPs for critical business processes
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- Support internal audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement activities related to business continuity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL)
- Familiarity with ISO 22301 Business Continuity standards
- Experience supporting audits or compliance programs
- Basic understanding of risk assessment methodologies
